To go along with IC24's bold and exiting new branding project, a new careers website was needed to attract the potential recruits to the Healthcare organisation.
IC24's new brand was a far-cry from traditional healthcare brands, with a mixture of vibrant and dark colours as well as an impactful typeface being the foundation of the new hard-hitting and straight-talking brand.
IC24 didn't previously have a full careers site, so this was a massive step in helping take the organisation forward. Being at the heart of 111 calls within south-east England, the careers website needed to showcase the true natures of the roles available at IC24. As well as more general organisation-wide pafes, each department needed its own page to delve into the roles available, look at the different impact their everyday people had within the healthcare system.
The careers website allowed IC24 to market their careers in a way that hadn't been possible. The website project, as well as the branding project was never meant to be looked at the finished-article but as something that grows and develops overtime alongside IC24 themselves.
